The 99101-357 is the Keihin hex-head main jet for main-circuit fuel metering, including FCR and FCR-MX applications. It measures 16.5 mm overall, with a 6.0 mm hex head and M5 x 0.8 thread. The #157.5 option is aftermarket, not a genuine Keihin size.
The standard FCR-MX37, FCR-MX39 and FCR-MX41 configuration uses #160, part number 99101-357-160. Choose the size for your carburetor and tune; #160 is not standard for every application using this series.
