Keihin double-loop vent and overflow pipe retaining clip, part number W9535-35000. It holds external tubing at carburetor-body and float-bowl connections. Fits PWK28, standard PWK33, PWK35, PWK38 and PWK39, PWK35 and PWK38 Quad Vent / Air Striker, PWK36 Quad Vent and PWK41; PJ34, PJ36 and PJ38; PE20, PE22, PE24, PE26, PE28, PE30, PE34, PE36 and PE38; and PWM38.

This is not a jet-needle or float-valve clip. It does not cover standard PWK36, PWK36S, PWK38S, PWM34, PWM36 or PE32.
