Keihin screw N114-04140 secures the top cover to the PWK28 carburetor body. Order number 021-580 identifies the individual replacement screw.
The PWK28 repair-parts layout shows it at Ref 32. The PWK28 rebuild kit uses two screws in this position, so check how many you need when replacing the cover fasteners.
