Description
The Keihin N424‑74C is a brass pilot (slow) jet used in Keihin PD‑series carburetors. It meters fuel through the idle circuit and at very small throttle openings, so it directly affects starting quality, idle stability and off‑idle transition
It belongs to Keihin’s K27 / 27‑xxx pilot jet family and is 28.0 mm long, with a 5.0 mm maximum head diameter and a 4.9 mm thread diameter. The different size codes (035–075) refer to the jet’s flow rating, allowing finer or richer fuel delivery in the idle circuit.
As Keihin uses multiple pilot jet series, the old jet’s markings and physical dimensions should be matched to the N424‑74C / K27 pattern before replacement
This pilot jet is intended for verified Keihin PD carburetor models, as fitted to various street motorcycles using PD‑series carburetors. It is a stock‑type replacement part for machines running PD carbs rather than a universal jet that fits all Keihin designs

Before You Order — Measure Your Jet First
Remove the jet from your carb and physically measure it. If it does not dimensionally match this listing, this is not the correct jet — do not buy it.
Buyer is solely responsible for confirming the correct jet size before purchasing. Do not rely on year/make/model fitment guides — they cannot be guaranteed 100% accurate.
All jet sales are final. No returns or exchanges — no exceptions.
