Keihin FCR-MX 39mm w/Air Cut Valve/Hot Start/TPS — 016-927

This Keihin FCR-MX 39 mm complete flat-slide carburetor is for 350 to 500 cc single-cylinder four-stroke applications. The G18 configuration has a manual choke, air-cut valve, hot-start circuit and throttle-position sensor. It has a smoothbore venturi, roller-bearing flat slide, accelerator pump, enclosed throttle cable bellcrank and baffled float chamber for off-road and racing use. Order number 016-927.

Standard settings are a #160 main jet, #200 main-air jet, #45 slow jet, #100 slow-air jet, OC-EMR needle, 1.5 throttle-valve cutaway and 9 mm float height. Check intake dimensions, cable routing, sensor connections and mounting adapters before ordering. Final jetting must suit the engine and installation.
