Keihin W1275-028-9901 is the starter-valve plunger for the PWK28 cable-operated starter assembly and the PWK39 snowmobile choke assembly. Order number 021-512.

This is the plunger only, not the complete 018-501 choke cable system. The surrounding spring, O-ring, sealing cap and cable holder are separate components.
