Keihin vacuum release plate seal, part number 1099-816-6001, for FCR28, FCR32 and FCR33 carburetors. It seals the vacuum release plate on the throttle slide.
This is the 28 to 33 mm seal, not the larger 35 to 41 mm version. Shown as Ref22 in the FCR general catalogue exploded diagram. Order number 021-032.
